Deactivating Members

In this video you’ll learn how to manually deactivate users from the Digital Access Pass Dashboard. This is useful for members who have paid outside of DAP and their membership has lapsed. Deactivating users (versus deleting them from the database) also allows you to continue to market to them even after their memberships have lapsed.
